ADINJC membership itself can protect you against just those things that you think “won’t happen to me”.
We might believe we COULD deal with a particular problem if we reached the right person, but just don't have time. ADINJC membership is hence like an insurance policy, helping members on a weekly—even daily—basis, through regular contact with senior DVSA managers. So whether it's a major dispute or an irritating inconvenience, ADINJC can get direct contact with the people in a position to listen. Membership also allows you to purchase PII to £5M and PLI to £10M; safeguards against our own occasional human errors and in case we are accused of wrongdoing. It hosts a large annual conference each October, at a members' discount. ADINJC belong to NASP (the National Associations Strategic Partnership), providing a united voice for the industry to represent our views to the DVSA and Government. It also offers an in-house Road Safety Advisor, discounts and packages from sponsors for training aids and services, and templates for your school's business terms. Fraternally, ADINJC offers expert advice and information via a helpline (0800 8202 444), and can assist members who are struggling with unsatisfactory Standards Check grades.
ADINJC is democratic so, as a member, you could join the governing committee and make a difference at the heart of the industry ! |
