BADIs' current meeting venue is:
Edgbaston Community Centre 40 Woodview Drive BIRMINGHAM B15 2HU (0121-464 9665) It has free car parking, and BADIs provide free tea / coffee and biscuits. We are a friendly group, and non-members are very welcome by invitation. To receive a free invitation to one meeting please contact one of our committee.

Our meetings start at 7pm, for networking with your colleagues over a hot drink. A guest speaker usually then presents a topic relevant to the driving instructor industry. Meetings finish around 9pm, but conversations often extend into the car park!
Guest speakers have included senior figures from DVSA; leaders of national instructing associations or businesses; senior figures from other road safety organisations; and prominent trainers / coaches from this industry.
Since Covid-19 we have also used Zoom for members' meetings. We plan to continue mixing these with face-to-face gatherings.
Meetings are FREE, but are for members only. For some, non-members—attending without an arranged invitation—may be asked to pay a fee (refundable if you join BADIs at that meeting).
